Whoopsie! I've been so busy I forgot to post my cartoon for the June issue of the Bloor West Journal.
Once again, this is pretty self-explanatory. If you live in Toronto, get ready to see a lot of new street furniture plastered with craploads of ads. Yup, not too long ago Toronto City Council sold out our city for some cold hard cash. Naturally there are people who are very upset about this, but it's a done deal, whether we like it or not. Welcome to the New World Order in TO.

I love this cartoon! You've captured it perfectly Patricia.
Just thinking about what's in store for Toronto streets in the next 20 years makes me very depressed. Like the doomed Eucan bins, the new face of benches, bins, lamp posts, bus stops and anything else that doesn't move (and a few things that do) will have one purpose: to encourage us to buy more crap. I think I'm going to learn how to get around the with my eyes closed. *sigh*
