Yes, I've actually been back for over a month, but would you believe I got sick as a dog after that insanely busy (and freakin' AMAZING) week? Who knew 13 flights and 17 presentations in one week can wear a person down? Anyway, I'm back, and now I'm gettin' ready for Christmas! Where does the time go?
What to say about my time in Nunavut? Almost impossible to express. The most beautiful landscapes. The most inspiring, and friendly people I have ever met. I desperately want to go back, and I will find a way!
And other than school and library presentations, what did I do? Well, let's see...walked on Hudson's Bay...ate raw Arctic char (disgusting)...saw the Northern Lights!...and met Canadian award-winning author Michael Kusugak!
I promise I'll talk more about my adventures in future posts (and my New Year's resolution is to actually post more, for any folks who are actually still reading this blog, heh), but I've really got to get ready for Christmas!
Here's an interview I did for the Northern News Services when I was in Rankin Inlet.
I hope everyone has a Holly Jolly Christmas!
I can't wait to hear all about it. The photos are awesome.

Wow! Such an adventurer! I would very much like to see the northern light myself. Awesome pics indeed :)
