I thought that this was funny because it's true, you can't ever tell if it's going to be Winter soon or Spring. Because if you think about it, if the groundhog sees it's shadow,the sun is out. So that means that Spring will be coming because it's sunny. But if the groundhog doesn't see it's shadow, it's Winter because Winter is usually cloudy and dark.

So I thought that this was correct and that no matter what happens the forecast will be wrong because the weather is random.
